Ladies • Silk, chambray, lightweight and breathable fabrics; nothing too heavy. • Any length, can wear below the knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pant suit. • Styled with nice wedges, wide heels, or formal flats • Neutrals, nothing white or too close to white (black is the only dark color exception) Men • Light brown or neutral tone suits • Light fabrics, no tie needed. • Guayabera • White button down. Black suit is okay. • Neutral tones that are light in color, not white. (e.g., baby blue)
