When/How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please follow the link on your invite to RSVP online since we will not be taking physical/mailed in RSVPs. Please RSVP no later than Friday, March 1st 2024 as we will be finalizing our guest count with the venue at that time.

Have you booked a wedding block for us?

Answer

Yes, multiple to fit your budget. Please go to the Travel section of this website to see the available room blocks with links to get you reserved.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we love all of the little ones, this will be a child-free wedding. Please ensure you secure childcare for the wedding night to make sure everyone has a stress free and fun night! We're looking forward to giving all the parents a night out :) *Ignore the cute flower girl! - she's just an illusion*

Can I bring alcohol to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, Ceresville Mansion does not allow outside alcohol on the premises. However, there will be plenty of alcohol at our open bar for you to have a fantastic night.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal - I know this can mean different things to different people so as a guide this will mean cocktail midi/maxi dresses & jumpsuits, heels or sandals/flats, suit jacket & tie, blazers, dress suit & pants, loafers etc.

Is there parking at Ceresville Mansion?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue that should easily accommodate all guests.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer at the wedding to take pictures. During the ceremony, we would appreciate that you keep your phones in your pocket to avoid them being in our photos, with the exception of a few designated family members and friends. HOWEVER, please feel free to take as many as you would like during cocktail hour and the reception and don't forget to tag the bride if you choose to post to Instagram (@absoluutely_ridiculouss) !

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have limited availability, so please do not bring anyone unless you've been designated a plus one on your RSVP. If you would like to request a plus one, please reach our to Serene and/or Matt to see if they can accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind that space and plates are limited and they will only be allowing for specific cases.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be having the ceremony outdoors by the lily pond with the reception indoors. However, we do have a rain plan which would allow us to have both the ceremony and reception indoors.
