Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue from the following hotels: - Homewood Suites by Hilton - 2036 India Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22901 - pick up will be at 3:25pm leaving promptly at 3:35pm - Residence Inn Downtown - 315 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903 - pick up will be at 3:50pm leaving promptly at 4:00pm - Holiday Inn Express at Pantops - 870 Pantops Corner Way, Charlottesville, VA 22911 - pick up will be at 3:50pm leaving promptly at 4:00pm **There will be an early shuttle back to these hotels at 9:00pm followed by the final shuttle at 11:00pm. **

Do we have to take the shuttle to the venue?

Answer

No but, please keep in mind that the roads have a lot of twists and turns. If you plan to drink any alcohol we would recommend our guests take the shuttle. We want to make sure everyone makes it back to their hotels/airbnbs safe and sound.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please aim for cocktail or semi-formal attire. (Ladies, please keep in mind that there will be sand at the ceremony site)
