Accommodation & Payment
We’ve reserved the beautiful private villa, Casa Cornacchi, for three nights at a special rate. To keep things simple, we’re asking guests to arrange payment directly with us. The cost is $750 per person, which covers your room from Monday, June 29 – Thursday, July 2, 2026, along with daily breakfast. Payment Options: Zelle: 516-761-5283 Venmo: @ryangibbons29 PayPal: @ryangibbons29 Payment Schedule: • First payment of $375 per person due upon RSVP • Final balance of $375 due by April 1, 2026 Prefer to pay in full? That works too! Casa Cornacchi requires a three-night minimum stay. If you’re only able to attend part of the celebration, please reach out. We’ll share more details about room assignments and logistics as we get closer. In the meantime, feel free to reach out with any questions. We'll also send friendly reminders along the way! For guests staying off the main Casa Cornacchi property, we will coordinate directly with you regarding accommodations and logistics.

Staying at Casa Cornacchi
Casa Cornacchi is a large estate with five different villas, split into self contained suites. Some of the suites share common areas (lounge and kitchen) but we have made sure that everyone who is rooming together knows each other! Four of the villas, Dimora Storica, La Locanda, Villa Caterina, and Il Porreto are all within walking distance of Casa Cornacchi and share one pool. Checking In: If you are staying at one of the Casa Cornacchi villas, please head Casa Cornacchi main reception to check-in from 3pm on Monday June 29th. Please note, you will need your passport to check in. Checking Out: Check out is 10am on Thursday July 2nd and will also take place at Casa Cornacchi's main reception. If anybody needs to leave before 9am on Thursday then it's possible to check out the night before and leave the keys in your room, but please note that this must be done before 6pm on the Wednesday evening as the reception is only open 9am - 6pm. Food & Drink: Breakfast is included and is served every day from 8am - 10am. On the wedding day, we would recommend having a light lunch before the celebrations begin. The restaurant is open until 2pm on the wedding day. Alternatively all the villas have fridges and some have kitchens. We’ll be providing dinner on Monday during the Welcome Party, on the wedding night, and again Wednesday evening for La Cena Toscana. There is also an on-site bar and the prices are really reasonable in both the bar and the restaurant. Check the FAQs page for more info!

Getting to Florence: We’re so excited to welcome you to Italy for our wedding! Below are the best travel options to help you get to Florence, the closest major city to our venue, Casa Cornacchi. From New York to Florence (FLR) The easiest way to reach us is by flying into Florence Airport (FLR), which is about 1.5 hours from the villa. There are no direct flights from NYC to Florence, but many airlines offer smooth one-stop connections through European cities like: JFK ➝ Paris (CDG) ➝ FLR (Air France) JFK ➝ Amsterdam (AMS) ➝ FLR (KLM) JFK ➝ Frankfurt (FRA) ➝ FLR (Lufthansa) EWR ➝ Munich (MUC) ➝ FLR (United or Lufthansa) We recommend booking early for the best prices and shortest layovers. Alternative Airports: Rome or Milan If flight times or prices are better, you can also fly into: Rome (FCO) ~3 hours by car or ~1.5 hours by high-speed train to Florence Milan (MXP or LIN) ~4 hours by car or ~2 hours by train to Florence From either city, high-speed trains (Italo or Trenitalia) offer a quick, affordable, and scenic ride into Florence’s main station, Santa Maria Novella (SMN). Once in Florence, you’ll be just a short journey from the villa. Shuttle Service: We will be organizing a group shuttle from Florence on Monday, June 29 around 12PM - check back for more details! Driving: Rental cars are also an option for those looking to explore Tuscany. Taxis or Private Transfers: We’re happy to share trusted local options if you prefer a direct ride to the villa. Food & Drink
Most meals will be provided throughout the wedding week, with just a few moments where you may want to plan something light in advance. Here’s what to expect: Breakfast: Included daily and served from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM at Casa Cornacchi. Monday, June 29 – Welcome Pizza Party: We’ll kick things off with a wood-fired pizza dinner around 7:00 PM to welcome everyone to Tuscany. Tuesday, June 30 – Wedding Day: A full evening of food, wine, and dancing awaits! We recommend enjoying a light lunch beforehand. Casa Cornacchi’s restaurant will be open until 2:00 PM. (Note: There won’t be a formal lunch served, as we’ll begin getting ready in the afternoon.) Wednesday, July 1 – Pool Party (Daytime): We’ll have snacks and spritzes by the pool starting at 11:00 AM, and the restaurant will be open until 3:00 PM if you'd like a proper lunch. Wednesday, July 1 – Farewell Tuscan Dinner: That evening, we’ll gather one last time under the stars for a relaxed, delicious farewell dinner. On-Site Bar & Restaurant: Casa Cornacchi has a full-service bar and restaurant with very reasonable prices. If you’d like to grab a drink or small bite outside of the hosted meals, you’re welcome to open a personal tab at any time during your stay.
