Please kindly RSVP by January 15, 2025. This will help us finalize accommodations, transportation, and all the little details that make the week special. As part of the RSVP form, you’ll also be asked to RSVP to each event this will help us plan accordingly for food and seating. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the deadline, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend (and will miss you dearly!). If you run into any issues with the QR code or online form, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Senna or Ryan, we’re happy to help!
We’ve reserved the full villa, Casa Cornacchi, for three nights at a special rate, and to keep things simple, we kindly ask guests to arrange payment directly with us. $750 per person covers your room and daily breakfast from Monday, June 29 to Thursday, July 2, 2026. To make things sinple, we’re accepting payment via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, and we’ll send reminders via text and email as we get closer. Payment Deadlines: • First payment of $375 per person due upon RSVP (by November 1, 2025) • Remaining balance of $375 due by March 1, 2026 Prefer to pay in full upfront? That’s totally fine too! We’ll be organizing group shuttle transportation from Florence to the villa and back. Guests will be asked to chip in toward the cost of the shuttle, but we’ll handle all coordination to keep things stress-free. Casa Cornacchi also has a restaurant and bar on-site. If at any point you’d like to grab a bite or a drink outside of the scheduled meals and events, you’re welcome to open a personal tab and enjoy!
We recommend booking flights as early as possible, ideally 6–9 months in advance, especially for international travel during summer. Prices and availability can change quickly, so the earlier, the better! If you’ve been saving up credit card points or airline miles, this is the moment to put them to good use! Many guests have had success booking with points through cards like Chase Sapphire, Amex Platinum, or Capital One Venture, especially if you’re flexible with your travel dates by a day or two. Pro tip: Set a flight alert on sites like Google Flights or Hopper, and try searching nearby airports (Florence, Rome, Milan) for the best deals.
The closest airport is Florence (FLR), which is about 1.5 hours from the venue. You can also consider Rome (FCO) or Milan (MXP or LIN) both offer high-speed trains or rental car options to Florence. Check the Travel & Accommodations tab for more info!
We’ve reserved the entire villa at Casa Cornacchi for the wedding weekend. Please check the Travel & Accommodations tab.
Please arrive for check-in at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 29, to allow time to settle in before the Welcome Pizza Party kicks off at 7:00 PM. If you’ll already be in Florence, we’ll be coordinating a group transportation option around 12:00 PM to bring guests to the villa together, more details to come closer to the date!
We know many of you may be traveling through different parts of Italy before the wedding, so you're welcome to arrange your own transportation to the villa if that works best for your itinerary. For guests who will already be in Florence, we’ll be organizing a group shuttle to Casa Cornacchi on Monday, June 29, as well as a return shuttle on Thursday, July 2. More details, including RSVP forms and payment info will be shared closer to the date!
Attire for each event is laid out on the Schedule tab, and we’ll also be sharing an inspiration board closer to the date to help guide your packing. Please note: Formal attire is requested for the wedding day.
Please refer to your invitation to see if a plus one is included. As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep the celebration adults-only. We hope this time can be a chance to unwind, celebrate, and soak up the beauty of Tuscany, just the adults. Thank you so much for making the journey to be with us, it means the world!
Yes! Most meals will be provided throughout the wedding week, with just a few moments where you may want to plan something light in advance: Breakfast is included each day and served from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Monday, June 29 – Welcome Night: We’ll kick things off with a pizza party around 7:00 PM to welcome everyone to Tuscany! Tuesday, June 30 – Wedding Day: A full evening of food, wine, and dancing awaits! We recommend having a light lunch beforehand, Casa Cornacchi’s restaurant will be open until 2:00 PM. (Note: there won’t be a formal lunch served as we’ll start getting ready in the afternoon.) Wednesday, July 1 – Pool Party (Daytime): Join us for a relaxed day by the pool! The restaurant will be open until 3:00 PM for lunch, or feel free to enjoy light bites served by the pool. Wednesday, July 1 – Tuscan Dinner (Evening): We’ll come together one last time for a farewell Tuscan dinner in the evening, an easygoing way to close out the week. Casa Cornacchi also has an on-site bar and restaurant open throughout your stay, with very reasonable prices if you’d like to enjoy a drink or small meal between events.
All U.S. citizens will need a valid passport to enter Italy. No visa is required for stays under 90 days. Be sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.
Each room at Casa Cornacchi comes equipped with linens, towels, basic toiletries, a fridge, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an iron, and an ironing board. There is also a hairdryer in every room, though they’re on the smaller side, so if you prefer something stronger, feel free to bring your own. Just a heads up: Dyson Airwraps and similar high-powered devices don’t work with European voltage, even with an adapter. And don’t forget, Italy uses different plug types, so be sure to pack a European adapter if you're bringing any personal electronics!
Yes! There is ample parking available at Casa Cornacchi. Whether you're renting a car or arriving by shuttle, you'll have a convenient spot to park.
Yes, Italy requires a small local tourism tax, which is typically €1–€2 per person, per night. This will be collected in cash at check-in or check-out, depending on the villa’s process. We’ll share exact details closer to the date, but it’s a good idea to have a few euros on hand just in case.
The nearest grocery stores are just a short drive away. You'll find small markets in Ambra, the closest village (about 10 minutes by car), and a larger Co-Op Supermarket in Bucine, roughly 15 minutes away. Just a heads up: many local shops in Italy close in the afternoon for riposo (the Italian siesta), usually for 90 minutes to 2 hours, so plan your shopping trips accordingly!
Late June in Tuscany is typically sunny, warm, and beautiful, with daytime highs around 80–90°F (27–32°C) and cooler evenings in the 60s°F (15–20°C). It’s the perfect mix for al fresco dinners, golden-hour photos, and poolside lounging. We recommend packing light layers, sun protection, and comfortable shoes for cobblestones and countryside paths.
Taxis in the Tuscan countryside are limited and must be arranged in advance, and just a heads up, Uber does not operate in this area. If you’re not renting a car, don’t worry, we’re happy to help coordinate private transfers or local drivers for any off-site plans. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you're all set!

Phones & Connectivity - Contact your cell provider about an international plan. - Download WhatsApp, many locals and services in Italy use it for communication. - Download offline maps of Tuscany and your arrival city on Google Maps before you fly. -Italy uses different plug types, so be sure to pack a European adapter if you're bringing any personal electronics! Money & Payments - You’ll be able to use credit cards in most places, but it’s a good idea to carry a small amount of euros in cash (for taxis, tips, or small shops). - Let your bank know you’re traveling to avoid any fraud alerts on your card. Travel Comfort - TSA PreCheck + Global Entry or Mobile Passport Control can speed up airport lines! Most importantly, give yourself extra time, stay flexible, and soak up the adventure.
