Exploring Alaska!

✨We encourage you to book reservations as early as you're able. In the summer months, Alaska attracts many tourists to the area, and lodging and car rentals can fill up quickly!✨ For those traveling from out of state, we encourage you to take some additional time to enjoy our beautiful state! There are many places within driving distance of Anchorage that offer scenic views and fun adventures! One of Emily's favorite places on earth is Seward, Alaska! It's a small town on the ocean that also has a great sea life center, opportunities for fishing, and incredible views. The drive there runs along the scenic Turnagain Arm and takes about three hours south of Anchorage. Talkeetna, where the ceremony will be held, is about two hours north of Anchorage. It is a small, rustic town. Below are a few places to stay in Talkeetna! There are MANY more options then what is stated here, on apps such as AirBnB & VRBO! RV Rental Rentals are also an option, outdoorsy.com is one option that along with many others. Again, we encourage you to book earlier then later to get ahead of the summer tourist rush as things can, and will, fill up quickly
