BWI is closer to Baltimore and the furthest out from DC, but is accessible via Amtrak trains and MARC trains.

Washington, DC - Union Station (WAS)

Amtrak is a cheaper option and is easy to travel from other major East Coast cities. It is approximately 3 hours via train from NYC to DC via the Acela or Northeast Regional. Union Station in DC is connected via the Red line metro station to the city and the rest of the metro area, as well as being within walking distance of many hotels.
