We kindly request that our guests dress in ALL BLACK formal or cocktail attire. For ladies a black dress knee to floor length is required. Gentleman are welcome to wear a black tie or they may opt for black dress pants paired with a black button up. (White shirts UNDER suits are okay.) If you have any questions about the attire, please reach out to one of us.
Due to the setting and venue limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones and children. However, we are planning a party after the wedding back at home and children/plus ones will be allowed. Arrival Instructions: - City Hall is open to the public so we recommend arriving 15-30 min early to allow time to get through security and find the ceremony location. - The Mayor's Balcony is located on the second floor, overlooking the Grand Staircase. - The ceremony will begin promptly at 10am and ends at 11am. Transportation & Parking: -Paid Parking: Civic Center Garage (355 McAllister St) or Performing Arts Garage (360 Grove St) -Public Transportation: Easily accessible via BART (exit at Civic Center Station) and Muni. Other notes: - City hall is a working government building. Please be respectful of other visitors and weddings. - No food, drinks, or balloons are allowed inside. - Please turn phones to silent mode during the ceremony.
