We first met in middle school/high school. There was a quiet interest between us, but as young teens, our connection didn’t go much further than being FaceBook Friends. Life moved on, and so did we—but God had plans far beyond what we could see. Six years later, after high school and seasons of growth, we reconnected—unexpectedly—through gaming. What began as simple conversations turned into hours of deep connection. We would talk late into the night, sharing our thoughts, our hearts, and our faith. Time would fly, and every conversation brought us closer. We quickly realized this was something different—something special. We understood each other deeply, in ways that felt, like more than coincidence. It became clear that God was aligning our hearts for something bigger than ourselves. Our love grew, rooted in friendship, strengthened by prayer, and guided by God’s hand every step of the way. Throughout our journey, we've walked through beautiful seasons—and some difficult ones too. But in every moment, God has been faithful. We’ve learned what it means to grow together, to forgive, to dream, and to trust in His timing. Through every high and low, we've clung to His promises and held onto each other. Some milestones from the story He’s been writing: • 2022 – We moved into our first apartment, learning how to build a home together with Christ at the center. • 2023 – A year of spiritual growth, healing, and drawing nearer to God and each other. • 2024 – We got engaged in Temecula—on a hot air balloon at sunrise. A moment full of joy, beauty, His peace & perfect timing. • 2025 – We say “I do,” stepping into a covenant designed and blessed by God. This is only the beginning of our journey. As we prepare to enter marriage, we do so with grateful hearts—knowing it’s not just about our love for each other, but about the One who brought us together.
