Where is the ceremony and reception?

Both will be held at the Statesville Country Club at 635 Deauville Road Statesville, North Carolina 28625.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive by 5:20pm.

Can I bring an outside guest?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, the amount of guests we can have is limited. Due to this, please do not bring any guests NOT listed on your invitation without first consulting the bride and groom. Many of our loved ones will not be able to attend; we deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be on the side of the building by the lawn. There should be signs directing you when you arrive.

Is the ceremony inside or outside? And the reception?

Answer

The ceremony is outside (weather permitting). The reception is inside.

Can I take pictures and post them online?

Answer

Please, absolutely no phones or cameras during the ceremony. We will also have a sign reminding guests whenever they arrive. We have hired a highly skilled team of 2 photographers and 2 videographers who will capture every moment. We will be glad to share those photos once they are available.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Estimated 9:30pm. We will follow the ceremony with a plated dinner, a few speeches, a handful of bad jokes, and an overwhelming amount of love. Due to the limited guest list, a party is not on the agenda; we will however have music and a dance floor available after dinner for anyone wanting to dance.
