FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, August 30th so that we can communicate the final numbers to our venue & create our seating chart!

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

While we know you are excited to snap photos so you have your own memories of our wedding, we are having an unplugged ceremony. This means that no cellphones or cameras are permitted during the ceremony. Our professional photographers will be taking pictures, which we will share with all of you ASAP! During the reception, you are free to take unlimited pictures. We would LOVE to see you enjoying our day that we have worked so hard to plan!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal attire. We also ask that you don't wear white or plum/grape (our main wedding color). No jeans please!

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

While we love all of your children, we are only having children at the wedding who are apart of our wedding party. Therefore, you would need to make arrangements ahead of time to accommodate this. We appreciate it so much!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love for everyone to attend our wedding, we are keeping the guest list to close family and friends only. Your invitation will indicate if you were given a plus one and will have the ability to add their names to your RSVP if it is not in there already.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:15 p.m- 3:45 p.m. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 4:00 p.m., you will be instructed by our venue staff to wait until the ceremony is over in a designated space. The ceremony will not last longer than 10-15 minutes, so it is really important that you are punctual!

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a big parking lot across the street from the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not planning to provide transportation. We recommend that you make a plan for transportation in advance! If you need additional transportation, there is Uber or Lyft available. We want everyone to depart from our wedding safely.

Question

Can I smoke or vape at the wedding?

Answer

There is strictly no smoking or vaping permitted indoors at the venue.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

All alcohol will be provided by the bride and groom and served by the venue staff. IMPORTANT NOTE: Everyone will be carded by our bartenders, no matter what age you are! It is a venue policy. Please bring your ID if you are planning to drink!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception outside?

Answer

We are planning to have the ceremony outside. However, we do have a rain back up plan. The reception is completely indoors with the exception of yard games outside (weather permitting).
