Maid of Honor
Kristen and I met in El Salvador at youth group at church back in 2011. I was new to the church and was super nervous. She was the first person to introduce herself. She was welcoming and just her bubbly self, made me feel right at home. We became instant friends. Now almost a decade and many adventures later we’ve laughed, cried and grown up together. It’s been an honor to watch her become the woman she is now. God has blessed me and I am so incredibly excited for her next adventure in life with Michael! I love you K. ♥️ -Christina
Best Man
I met Michael all the way back in sophomore year of college and care not to think on how long ago that’s been. Since then we’ve been going back and forth on any number of extremely important things such as “yes this magic the gathering card seems broken” or “no obviously final fantasy 8 is ~clearly~ the best game ever”. When I first met Kristen I knew he had met someone special and I’ve been quite happy to see everything work out so well.
Matron of Honor
I met Kristen in 2013 through a mutual friend of my husband's at UNCG. It wasn't long until we were spending pretty much everyday together. She's so fun and down to earth, and she's one of the most loyal and generous people I've ever met. I have some great memories with Kristen, and here's to many more! I'm so excited to be a part of your big day!
Groomsman
"I have been Michael’s friend since high school. We’ve made music and memories together for the greater part of a decade. I’ve watched him grow in his relationship with Kristen and am very excited to help them celebrate their big day. Kudos dude-oh!"
Bridesmaid
I have known Kristen since college and met her within a friend group. She was so lovely and wonderful that I wanted to get to know her more. Now, 6 years later, I am honored to be in her wedding and can't wait to see her and Michael on their big day!
Groomsman
I met Michael during our freshman year at NC State, where by chance we had almost every class together. We quickly became good friends and spent more time with each other than with our actual roommates. We quickly decided to live together the following year, and moved into the Avent Ferry dorm after summer break. After our sophomore and junior years in the dorm, we moved in together with two other friends for our senior year. We made a lot of memories, and had many exciting adventures. Though we have lived in different states for a few years, we still frequently hang out and whenever we get together we pick up right where we left off. Michael was an important part of my wedding, and I'm excited and honored to return the favor for him and Kristen! Best, Kevin
Bridesmaid
Kristen introduced herself in an art class during freshman year and the rest was history as they say. She is the most bubbly, kind, full of life person I know. I am lucky she picked me to be her friend. She deserves all the best things the world has to offer and I am so excited to share in her big day.
Groomswoman
I first met Buck five years ago through teaching at Morehead High School. Since then he's graciously allowed me to direct him in plenty of ridiculous roles in our school's spring musicals, we've formed a tight F•R•I•E•N•D•S group, and we're currently roommates! I couldn't be happier for Kristen and Buck and look forward to sharing such a special day with them.
