What do you have in place for COVID-19?

Answer

Everyone will be required to wear a mask except the wedding party, there will be temperature checks upon entry, and every one must sign a wavier saying they don’t have or been around anyone that has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

Are guest required to wear face mask during wedding ceremony?

Answer

“YES, so that the wedding party is able to comfortably walk down the aisle.”

Is the wedding and reception in the same location?

Answer

“Yes, we have decided to do everything in the same location.”

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

“The dress code is semi-formal attire, absolutely no gym shoes.”

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

“The entire celebration will take place inside.”

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

“Our wedding theme is “A Rustic Love Story”, but the colors are rose gold, champagne, and ivory!”

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

“After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.”

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

“You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.”

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

“We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the ceremony started as scheduled, the doors will close 15 minutes til 3!”

Where should guest park?

Answer

“ There is parking in front of the building, next door, and also parking across the street.”

Are kids welcome?

Answer

“While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be age limit required, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We ask that you leave all children under the age of 7 at home UNLESS they are part of the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the smaller kids at home so you can celebrate with us.”

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

“The RSVP deadline by mail is May 27, 2021 and online May 31, 2021. You can RSVP by mail or online!”

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

“Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible.”

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

“NO! Those things are property of the decorator, but we will have party favors!”

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #DeerelyBeloved so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”
