We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1st at the latest. If you know sooner that you’re able to attend, please feel free to let us know—we’d love to start getting excited to celebrate together! You can RSVP on our website, or if you’re unable to do so, you may text Emma at (520) 249-0066 or James at (845) 764-0777 with your RSVP.
When you RSVP on the website, it will indicate whether you have been allotted a plus one. Additionally, if you were given a plus one, your save the date would have included “and guest.” If you’re unsure, feel free to text us!
We love all the wonderful kids (and teenagers!) in our lives, but we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event except for those involved directly in our ceremony. We understand that those traveling in from out of town may still want to bring their families, and we have a list of child care providers from our venue that we are happy to send your way!
Within walking distance to the venue, there is one hotel and several casitas (which can be booked through Airbnb- text us for the links). Please see our travel section for more information and to secure a room as part of our room block! In addition, there are lots of hotel options in Sedona and many homes listed on Airbnb/VRBO at a wide array of prices. We have stayed at quite a few places and are happy to share more recommendations as well.
Please check out the "schedule" tab!
We are registered at Crate and Barrel as well as directly through Zola. You can visit the Crate and Barrel website and search our names, or view our registry directly on the Registry tab of our website!
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM, so we suggest arriving by 4:00 PM to enjoy a welcome drink and settle in!
Self parking is available in the lot infront of our venue!
Our dress code is summer formal. Think elevated, warm-weather elegance. We encourage lightweight suits or sport coats for men, and tea-length to floor-length dresses, chic jumpsuits, or formal sets for women. For those who’d like a bit of inspiration, colors drawn from Sedona’s landscape—earthy neutrals, soft desert tones, and sunset-inspired hues—are welcome, along with lighter, breathable fabrics.
