If you would like to reserve a room with the discounted block, please do so by April 21, 2023. Rooms are limited, therefore, booking rooms is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shuttle
May 21, 2023 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm
The shuttle will begin running at 4:00pm. Each trip will take approximately 25 minutes, therefore you can expect the shuttle to be back at the hotel for another group pickup at 4:30pm and so on. Guests will be picked up by the shuttle at the end of the night and transported back to the hotel. For those attending the after party, after the shuttle has dropped you off, please walk over to the Hamilton Tap and Grill, which is approximately a 2 minute walk from the Residence Inn.
