Question

What is the attire for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We would prefer for all guests to be in either formal or semi formal attire. This consists of suits, gowns and cocktail dresses. You are more than welcome to wear a tux if you'd like but we do not expect it.

How do we RSVP to the wedding events?

Answer

Please utilize the RSVP tab located at the top of the website menu. Paper RSVP's will not be provided. If you are in need of assistance to RSVP, please contact the couple as they will be more than happy to help!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How do I book my hotel?

Answer

You can utilize the Hotel Reservations tab located along with other website menu options. We will be offering a hotel block at the Residence Inn. Hotel blocks are first come first serve, therefore, you are not guaranteed the discounted rate. We suggest booking your hotel as soon as possible! The hotel block rate will be available until April 21, 2023.

How do I get from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night?

Answer

The hotel will be providing a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the venue. Prior to the ceremony, the hotel shuttle will begin transporting guests at 4:00pm and will do so every 25-30 minutes. The shuttle will do the same at the end of the night.

For those of us going to the after party, how will we be getting there?

Answer

The Residence Inn is a short 2 minute walk to the Hamilton Tap and located on the same street. The bride and groom will be joining the guests in walking to the after party!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors along with the cocktail hour. The reception will be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the couple, family members and bridal party will proceed to a secluded area to take pictures. Guests will transition to the barn area to enjoy the cocktail hour where a variety of food and beverages will be served.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YES! Please take advantage of the top-shelf open bar along with the domestic and specialty drinks we've selected!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:15pm.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

For the guests attending the wedding who are not staying at a nearby hotel, there is free parking at the venue. For the guests staying at one of the preferred hotels, please park your car at the hotel and utilize the shuttle service for transport to the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any additional guests unless indicated by the wedding couple that a plus one is allowed.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

The dinner will be plated and served by the wonderful Hamilton Manor staff. The wedding couple have selected a specialty pairing for the main course. You will be able to choose either the dup plate or the vegetarian option. If you have any dietary restrictions, specialty diets or requests, please reach out to the couple or indicate on the RSVP your specifications.
