Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Think "Dressy Casual" (sundresses, blouses, button-downs, or nice denim).

Please join us for a Welcome Party to kick off the wedding weekend in Vail. It's an open house so feel free to swing by for some BBQ and refreshments as you arrive to the mountains. The event is located in the Betty Ford Park Rooftop Terrace, which is right next to a playground and grassy area for the little ones.

Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-formal attire

Please plan to arrive between 4:00pm-4:15pm. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). We recommend bringing a light jacket as the mountains get chilly at nighttime.
