Barcelo Maya Riviera - Adults Only is a 5-star hotel with all inclusive services. All of its rooms are suites, which offer luxury details and comforts to guarantee an extraordinary experience. By staying at Barcelo Maya Riviera you will have access to 5 additional resorts at the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort. These resorts include Barcelo Maya Beach, Barcelo Maya Tropical, Barcelo Maya Colonial, Barcelo Maya Caribe, and Barcelo Maya Palace. There is a free shuttle that transfers guests between resorts. This is the resort that Chad and Brooke will be staying at. Please note that if you do not stay at Barcelo Maya Riviera you will not have access to it. However, if you chose to stay at another resort, Chad and Brooke will have access to your resort and plan to spend time at all resorts to visit with friends and family during their stay. For room and price options please check out the FAQ page. A room/flight deposit is due at booking. The price of this deposit is pending on your room/flight selection. Final payment is due 12/21/22.

These resorts include Barcelo Maya Tropical, Barcelo Maya Colonial, and Barcelo Maya Caribe. There is a free shuttle that transfers guests between resorts. Please note, when booking at Barcelo Maya Beach, your room may end up at one of the 3 additional resorts. NOTE: If staying at Barcelo Maya Beach, you will NOT have access to Barcelo Maya Riviera - Adults Only. Barcelo Maya Riviera - Adults Only is where Chad and Brooke will be staying, but will be visiting all of the resorts to spend time with family and friends during their stay. If you will be traveling the same dates as Chad and Brooke, they will be flying during the following times: Sat 2/4/23 leave MSP at 6:05am, arrive CUN at 11:17am Sat 2/11/23 leave CUN at 3:55pm, arrive MSP at 7:01pm Please note these are non-stop flights. Each flight is approximately 5 hours. The cost of flights is included in your booking price. Bags are not included. However, I do believe with Sun County you get 1 free carry on. Seat selections are also not included. Bags and seat selections can be added within 40 days of travel.

Amstar Airport/Hotel Transportation

Round trip transportation between the Cancun Airport and your hotel. Amstar will greet you outside the airport terminal and the hotel and direct you to your transfer vehicle. $53 per person for round trip. Due at booking.

Option 1) You may cancel for any reason. You will be refunded the full amount (minus cost of ins.) with a travel credit in the travelers name only. The travel credit is good for 13 months from the day of cancellation. This option is $99.99 per person. Due at booking. Option 2) You may cancel for any reason. You will be refunded the full amount (minus the cost of ins.) as cash back. This option is $229.99 per person. Due at booking.
