How Do You Get To The Castle? Car Pick Up Location & Details

To make getting from Rome to our venue as smooth (and stress-free) as possible, we’ve arranged three 9-passenger vans that will depart from Roma Termini Station and take guests directly to the venue. Getting from the Airport to Roma Termini If you’re flying into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), the easiest way to reach the vans is by taking the direct Leonardo Express train from the airport to Roma Termini. • The train leaves about every 15 minutes • The ride takes about 30 minutes • It goes directly from FCO Airport to Roma Termini Station Once you arrive at Roma Termini, walk the very short distance (.1 miles from departure of train) to the car rental place 'Sicily By Car' check in will be under Madison Sears. Meet your group, mingle, and we’ll meet you all at the venue. Each van can carry up to 9 passengers. Because seating is limited, if a van fills up, anyone arriving after 2:00 PM will need to wait for the next departure time 5:00 PM. If everyone in the last group has arrived before 5:00 PM than you all can take the van early. As a general rule, plan for about 90 minutes after landing to allow time for passport control, baggage claim, and the train ride into the city. Where Are You Staying For The Weekend? Castrum Resort Umbria

The castle is set up to host all of our guests for the weekend, and your stay has already been covered by the happy couple (and our parents). There are 21 beds total. Three bedrooms are private and will be used by the bride and groom and both sets of parents. All other rooms will be shared—think cozy, group-trip vibes, similar to a hostel-style setup. It’s all part of the experience, so come ready to make some memories! If you’d prefer more privacy, you’re more than welcome to book a nearby hotel or Airbnb instead—just let us know in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Check-in: June 12 at 2:00 PM Check-out: June 14 before 12:00 PM

Ethan and I will be arriving in Rome on June 11 to make sure everything is set for the wedding. If you happen to be arriving a day early as well and are looking for a place to stay, feel free to book a room at the same hotel!
