We recommend flying into Kelowna International Airport for convenient access to our wedding festivities. If you plan to attend both the Night Before BBQ and the Wedding, we recommend flying in on Wednesday, June 18th or early on Thursday, June 19th.

The Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport is just a short drive from Ex Nihilo (our wedding venue) and the Frankcom residence for the night-before BBQ. A wedding shuttle will be available for convenient pick-up and drop-off on June 20th!

There is a special wedding guest rate at the Coast Capri Hotel, offering 15% off their best available rate (Coast Flex Rate). This discount applies to any room category, though rates may vary depending on when you book. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore Kelowna, and we’ve organized a wedding shuttle to ensure convenient pick-up and drop-off on June 20th!

Travel Note
Wedding Shuttle
A shuttle to and from the wedding on June 20th will be provided, with pick-up and drop-off locations at the Coast Capri Hotel downtown Kelowna, the Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport, and around Lake Country. Even if you're not staying in Lake Country or at these hotels, you’re welcome to walk or take a cab to one of these locations to catch the shuttle! To help us plan the shuttle schedule, please let Sean or Zoe know where you’ll be staying. Parking is also available at the wedding venue for those who wish to drive.
