What date should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by March 28, 2025, to help us finalize our plans for the big day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We've decided not to set up a traditional registry, as your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for! However, if you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon adventure, we would greatly appreciate any support toward making it unforgettable. Thank you for helping us create lasting memories!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We’ve worked hard to keep our guest list intimate, so we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, we’ll be offering an open bar, so come ready to raise a glass and celebrate with us!

Will there be food?
Answer
Yes, there will be food! Following cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner featuring an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Additionally, a late-night snack will be provided to keep the celebration going. Please make sure to inform us of your meal selection and any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate everyone.

Is there a dress code?

We're excited to celebrate in semi-formal attire with a garden party vibe - think winery chic! For men, a jacket or long-sleeve button-down shirt with slacks is ideal (ties are optional). For women, long or midi-length dresses are perfect (please avoid white). While not required, we invite you to embrace our fun colour scheme in your outfits! Looking for outfit inspo? Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the summer Okanagan weather!
Question
How should I plan to get to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
A shuttle to and from the wedding on June 20th will be provided, with pick-up and drop-off locations at the Coast Capri Hotel downtown Kelowna, the Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport, and around Lake Country. Even if you're not staying in Lake Country or at these hotels, you’re welcome to walk or take a cab to one of these locations to catch the shuttle! To help us plan the shuttle schedule, please let Sean or Zoe know where you’ll be staying. Parking is also available at the wedding venue for those who wish to drive.
