Dress accordingly in your wedding attire :) It will still be warm in the day so late summer/early fall attire is welcome. When the sun does go down, it could get chiller so just bring a jacket for the evening. Our color scheme for the wedding is green and gold so that's what our bridal and grooms parties will be wearing, FYI.
We're keeping it casual. We have chosen to go with an authentic Mexican cuisine theme for our California coastal wedding. There will be taquitos, a full service taco bar and for dessert - a churro cart!!! There will be vegetarian options available.
Warm. Not too hot, not yet cold. October on the California coast is AMAZING. We are so fortunate to be getting married in early fall, so it won't be scorching hot but still nice out when the sun sets. The average temperature high is 72 degrees Fahrenheit and the average low is 52 degrees Fahrenheit. As always, plan on bringing a jacket for when the sun does go down.
There is plenty of parking and staff will direct you upon arrival. The venue is in a rural area and the parking lot is a large field, so if you bring the Porshe expect to have some dust on your rims. We will have a small shuttle offering rides back (only back) to the hotels listed on the 'Travel' page, so if you would like to take advatage of this, plan to take an Uber to the venue. Leaving vehicles overnight at the venue is okay, but not preffered.
Yes, we will have shuttles at the END OF THE NIGHT. Guests will have to find their own mode of transportation to the venue, but we will have two shuttles brigning our guests back to their rooms at the end of the night. Please plan on calling an Uber, Lyft, taxi, or carpooling to get to the venue. The shuttles will then bring you back to your room at the end of the night. Imporant Note: shuttles will only be dropping off at the Hampton Inn and Suites and Pajaro Dunes Resort listed above. As alwasys if you want to take your own car there and back, feel free to do so. There is ample parking space.
