FYI we have hired a shuttle to take people from the various hotels, to the reception beginning at 4:30pm and ending at 6pm. Then back to the hotels starting at 9:30pm and going until 12:30am. The shuttle is free and we strongly recommend taking advantage of the service as parking at Pine Hills is limited.
