GPS is reliable to get you close to 1235 Kirkland Road, Old Town. We live on the dirt part of the 5.5 mile road. Every pothole you encounter on the road adds a year of happy marriage - so in perpetuity we go. Celebratory signage will be at the end of the driveway.
We have a grass field and lawn space abutting the house driveway for parking. An attendant will help to keep parking organized. Please consider carpooling to the farm as the main road is too narrow to safely park on.
Our door is always open and showing up anytime after two o'clock is encouraged to make the most of the event. The three o'clock hour is for arriving, taking in the farm sights (and smells), having a refreshment, *listening to live music from Stillwater* and connecting as our collective community. Around 4:00 we will settle into the ceremony.
After Sean's melodramatic performance under the wedding arch, a buffet dinner will be served. Expect some dining entertainment and speeches (and maybe a roast or two). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, but you're welcome to BYOB too if you have a preferred libation.
The formal agenda should be wrapped up by 7:00, but we welcome you to stay until the neighbors shut us down.
We would cherish a card with enclosed words of wisdom, humor, and well wishes. There is a registry to support future family adventures, but we really just want to hang out with you on our big day.
Bring your boots! The barn interior will be set up to accommodate all guests so there will be shelter from the elements. Ideally, we will be able to extend the party outside and will adjust as needed for Mother Nature.
