9:30 pm - 10:30 pm

For anyone who would like to say hello before Saturday’s festivities, Jamie and Sean will be gathering at Firebirds for a casual welcome drink. It also happens to be Sean's Birthday. Stop by to share a hug, raise a glass, and kick off the wedding weekend with us!

The Bechtel Swartzwelder Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

3:00pm - Arrival Please try and arrive early to ensure time to park and walk to our ceremony site. We will be starting are ceremony promptly at 3:30pm. 3:30pm - Ceremony Meet us outside on the grass by the willow tree where we will officially become Mr and Mrs Swartzwelder. 4:00pm - Cocktail Hour On the bottom floor of the Reception Barn. We will have a bar, music, yard games and more. We ask that you consider taking this time to do our guestbook, grab a drink, some yummy snacks and make some new friends! 5:00pm - Reception Move to the upper floor of the Reception Barn for dinner, dancing, and fun! 10:00pm - Party's Over!
