Flight
Pittsburgh International Airport is located 20 miles west of downtown. If you're not planning on renting a car the cab fare is about $60. You can also catch the 28X airport flyer to the Wood St. station downtown for $2.75. From there it's a ten minute walk to the hotel.
Hotel
We've reserved a block of discounted rooms for the nights of 10/21 and 10/22. You can book by clicking the 'View' button below and searching for the nights you'd like to stay. You can also call (412) 323-0300 and reserve under 'Pazerski-McGarril wedding'. This hotel is located in the North Shore neighborhood, about 2 miles from the wedding venue. From here it's an easy walk to downtown, the river trail, PNC Park, Heinz Field, and numerous bars and restaurants in the area. Parking is available for $25/day. Please reserve by 9/21/22 to ensure there's an available room!
Shuttle
October 22, 2022 3:45 pm - 10:30 pm
A trolley to/from the event will be available for guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Trips will begin at 3:45pm and continue until all guests have arrived at Slate. During the event round trip service will be available hourly for anyone who needs to run back to the hotel. At the end of the night the trolley will be available until all guests have returned, with the final trip ending at Belvedere's Ultra-Dive in Lawrenceville for the afterparty. For guests staying elsewhere we recommend using Lyft or Uber as parking near the event space is limited.
Travel Note
There are numerous other options for hotel and Airbnb accommodations in the area. We recommend looking primarily the the Strip District, Lawrenceville, Downtown, and the North Side neighborhoods. The address of the wedding venue is 2517 Penn Ave.
