What information do I need to book the hotel?

Answer

We have coordinated with Fairfield Inn & Suites Barrie to get you a discount on the booking price when you call the concierge directly. Up until April 30th, this discount will be available when you call 705-737-9999. The information needed when you call is as follows: Wedding Name: Emma Bannister Wedding Discount Code Name: Wedding Rate Code for a King Room: WDIH Code for a Double Queen Room: WDIG Arrival Date: May 30th 2025

Is there a registry?

Answer

There will not be a gift registry - if you would like to honour us with a monetary gift, there will be a wishing well at the reception. At the end of the night, we will carry your good wishes with us as we begin this new chapter in our lives!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see everyone all dressed up! We are requesting cocktail attire for our wedding. Ladies - weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors so block heels may be easier in the grass!

Are kids invited to the event?

Answer

We love your kids - but you deserve an adults night out! Our wedding will be adults only. We have only accounted for the guests named on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! There will be lots to celebrate, so we ask that you plan accordingly to leave your car at the venue or the hotel and take full advantage of our shuttle service. If you plan to drive, please drink responsibly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is lots of parking available at the venue for guests. The venue kindly asks that you retrieve your car by 11:00 am the next morning. We have also organized a shuttle bus from the hotel provided.

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

If you could please send us your RSVP by March 10th we would really appreciate it! This will give us enough time with our vendors to confirm final numbers.
