Hello! We've booked Red Bird Brewing, a large outdoor & indoor space for everyone to get acquainted before the big day. We have the venue booked from 3:00pm until 6:30pm for a casual afternoon hang. We will have plenty of pizza and drinks for all. Another event will be occurring at the brewery for 6:30pm; thus, you are welcome to branch off and explore the Kelowna waterfront, get to a dinner reso somewhere in town, or keep the good times rollin' and explore the many breweries in the area.

Shuttle services will be leaving from the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort at 3:00pm, arriving at Red Star Ranch between 3:30pm-4:00pm. If you decide to drive or take other transportation, please arrive before 4:00pm. We have organized return shuttles leaving Red Star Ranch at 9:30, 11:00 and 12:00pm back to the Delta Grand.
