Sean and Dan first met at a brewery near Dan’s house - a location Dan specifically chose in case the date was a disaster and he needed a quick escape. Sean went along with the plan mostly because he didn’t feel like coming up with one himself. From the moment they sat down (over chicken parmesan sandwiches on a patio in the sun), the conversation was effortless. Dan was immediately drawn to Sean’s boisterous laugh and adventurous spirit, while Sean admired Dan’s storytelling and kind-hearted nature. What began as casual hangouts quickly turned into a move across the country, from Vancouver to Toronto, and the start of a big new adventure together. Along the way, Sean and Dan discovered they weren’t just partners, but each other’s best friend. Life became richer, funnier, and more meaningful with the other in it. Now, they’re beyond excited to celebrate their love with all their favourite people by their side.
