Our Wedding Day

A shuttle will be picking up guests at the Courtyard Marriott to go to West Hills Country Club. Times to be determined as the date approaches. The hotels listed on our travel page are all in the same vicinity next to each other and are only a few minutes away from the venue. We will be having our ceremony outdoors at 6pm. Then our cocktail hour will begin immediately thereafter. West Hills Country Club is an outdoor tented ballroom on a beautiful golf course and it is air-conditioned. We can't wait to share our day with you!
Wedding Reception Afterparty

We will be having a wedding after-party at Scotchtown Craft Bar. A bus will be driving guests to the destination as well as those who would like to go back to the hotel. This bar is just a few minutes away from the hotels. Our venue is also a few minutes from the bar and hotel.

Next Day Celebrations-A Day at the Wineries/Breweries

For those of you who want to keep the celebration going.. On Saturday, August 3rd we will have a bus to take our guests to local breweries and wineries for the day. Some of the places we are heading to include Warwick Valley Winery, Orange Country Distillery at Brown Barn, Westtown Brew Works and Clemson Brothers Brewery. Websites to each place are in our things to do section of this website. All places have live music, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas and serve a variety of drinks as well as food. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly for lunch and transportation. We will meet our charter bus at the Courtyard Marriott Lobby at 1:30 PM and we will be returning back to the Marriot around 10PM.
