Sean had been addicted to Cuban coffee since Neurology class at 7 am in chiropractic school. Upon arriving in Denver, he quickly became a regular at Buchi Cafe Cubano, the one true Cuban coffee shop in town. Aurora began working at Buchi in February of 2016, and one might think that things would have taken off from there, but one probably doesn't know how shy Sean is. After months of conversation and a few fumbled attempts to ask Aurora out, Aurora tracked down Sean's number from a mutual friend. They had their first date on June 1, 2016, and haven't missed a day without talking to each other since.
