The bride and I met many years ago while working an event. We immediately clicked as we are both petite, sweet and spicy! We became even closer when we started working in the same company and our commonalities brought us closer together (love for micheladas, painting, shopping, and good laughs). More than friends, we see and treat each other as sisters. We’ve been through both, sadness and happiness. Ale has always persevered even in the toughest moments and her hard work is admirable. She deserves the best. I’m beyond happy and honored to be part of her union with Chris. We all can see the love that they have for each other and cannot wait to celebrate! Vivan los novios.

I couldn’t be happier for my little brother and Ale. Chris, or as I like to call him, “PEEPS” and I have shared so many great adventures growing up. When he was 8 years old he would say things like “I bet I can jump off that roof and land in the pool” and a few years later, “Hey, I bet we can ride that wild horse”, referring to the Appaloosa that was running around my grandfather’s ranch. He’s tuff as nails, but would give you the shirt off his back if you asked him for it. He’s not just my brother, he’s my best friend, and I am so proud of the man that he is today. I am Alejandra's youngest sister. I have always admired my older sister. I look up to the way she has always been so strong and independent . We have never been too close with each other and it wasn't until our sister got sick and reminded us that we always have each other to depend on. Chris Aranda, who I only have ever known as “Peeper,” is my cousin, my best friend and the closest thing I’ve ever had to a brother! We grew up together living only a few houses apart. Our bond was formed through blood and became stronger as we faced life together. The many obstacles and excited experiences we encountered in life created lasting memories that I have and will cherish forever! How did I meet Peepers?!... I guess you'd say we met in the summer of '72 during 'Nam. We were both stationed in Laos. He was a shy fellow, who never said much, a trait that has stayed with him over the years. He went by Bubba at the time, for some reason, and you could say we hit it off right away, likely because of our low IQ's! We bonded over a mutual love for shrimp and running for no apparent reason. We spent most of our days taking long walks (looking for some guy named Charlie). Our relationship blossomed after he carried me out of the jungle, and brought me ice cream after i lost my legs!! Yes sir, that is the kind of friend Peepers has always been! Truthfully, the real story is less interesting, but he is a great friend that's always there at a moments notice! Love you, amigo!!

I was going to do a promotion at El Carnaval and over heard her complaining about her body…… which I was startled because Ale has an AMAZING body and lets be real…she just had a baby 3 weeks prior and she still looked smoking hot…… We laughed and joked that day and ever since then, we have kept in touch and our friendship has been for more than 15 years.
