How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

RSVP by using the "RSVP" tab at the top of this website. Kindly let us know your plans by April 8th, 2022.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, cocktail dresses, and fun jumpsuits.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm and guests may begin to enter at 4:30 pm. We request that you be seated at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking at The Gem Theatre?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking garage adjacent to the theatre. Your invitation will include a parking pass for you to put in your car for free entrance into the garage. You are able to leave your car overnight, though security will only be provided during the event.

Will the ceremony or reception be outside?

Answer

All events will be held indoors with the exception of cocktail hour. During that time, guests will have the opportunity to flow between the indoor space and the outdoor patio to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

What will the weather be like in Michigan this time of the year?

Answer

Michigan weather is notoriously unpredictable. The weather could range from 40s-60s and could include some showers, so we advise that you bring a jacket and umbrella.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are hoping to see all of our favorite little ones at the wedding! Children of all ages are welcome and will be included on the forthcoming invitations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation, so please make sure to RSVP in order to attend.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options?

Answer

Yes! Any dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Guests will be able to include any dietary restrictions with the RSVP.
