We thought we would invite our loved ones to celebrate with us just as the Shire-folk would. Our loosely Lord of the Rings themed wedding will hopefully be quite relaxing and joyous occasion. This extends to the wardrobe and decorations. Guests are welcome to be as dressed up as they like, with armor and shields, children dressing as their favorite knight, prince/princess or dragon. This is only as involved as you desire though, you are welcome to simply wear comfortable clothing that is preferably earthy/fall tones, nothing too modern (i.e. Jeans) , a pair of brown corduroy pants and a linen shirt will do. We want you and your family to be able to move, relax, and hopefully play yard games. If you have any questions feel free to reach out, or if you need feedback or ideas. We do not expect anyone to be Lord of the Rings experts, and if you need outfit ideas simply watch the first 10 minutes of The Fellowship of the Ring and you should have plenty of Hobbit-y ideas.
