FAQs

Question

What should guests bring to the wedding with them?

Answer

BYOB (be discreet with your drinks please). Casual attire. Beach is available, so swimming gear if you’d like to get in the water.

Question

Tell me about the camping at Spencer Beach Park?

Answer

We have reserved all 68 campsites for the nights of 4/10 and 4/11. Anyone that would like to camp one or both nights is more than welcome. For 4/11 after the wedding, we may stay after the reception is over since the gates closes at 8pm. We'd just continue to celebrate as we wish. You can camp near the pavilion or further away for more quiet and privacy. Please let Michelle or Scott know if you have any questions. We'd love lots of people to stay! If you'd like to camp additional nights, that can be arranged too.

Question

Where is the best place to get lodging?

Answer

We recommend the Waikoloa Resort/Waikoloa Village areas. There are many hotels, AirBnBs and VRBOs available. The wedding venue is 15-30 minutes away, depending on where in Waikoloa area you stay. Note that we also have all the campsites reserved for the nights of 4/10 and 4/11 at Spencer Beach Park. Any and all are welcome to camp those nights!

Question

We are going to Bali, Indonesia! If anyone has tips/recommendations, please send them our way! Here is the AirBnB we have: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/6664597 (you can copy and paste this into your browser)
