When is the RSVP deadline?

Check back in 2026 - though it's early to formally RSVP, it's never too early to plan your trip to Hawaii. *also never to early to be on the lookout for airline deals!

Is there transportation from the resort to the wedding venues?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place on the 3rd fairway of the Mauna Kea Resort; it is about a 3-5 minute walk from the resort lobby. Transportation by golf cart from the lobby to the 3rd fairway will be provided for those needing assistance. The Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel is a partner resort of the Mauna Kea, located just down the coast. The resort provides free shuttle transportation to and from the Hapuna and Mauna Kea resorts at regular intervals throughout the day.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
Kids are welcome! Hawaii is the perfect family destination and we want your kids to be part of the weekend! Children will be included in formal invitations and RSVP to follow Save the Dates. ***The venue has provided us with a list of local babysitters for Friday and Saturday night. Please let us know if you would like that list sent your way!

What should I wear?
Answer
Welcome party: "Aloha attire" Hawaiian shirts and shorts/slacks. Sun dresses, comfortable dress. Wedding ceremony and reception: Formal Suits and dresses

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoors?

All of our venues are outdoor venues. Plenty of shaded areas at the Cocktail Hour and Reception.

Stay as long as you like! All are invited to all wedding weekend events - starting on Friday, September 4th. We will be at the resort on August 30th; please let us know if you are spending extra time in Hawaii so we can make plans with you!
