Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation to and from hotels. Lyft or Uber is available for a safe ride but please schedule in advance to ensure you have a ride.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at our venue with accessible parking!

will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will be outdoors and our cocktail hour and reception will be inside with access to an outdoor courtyard.

are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please include them in your RSVP so we can ensure they have an activity book. If you need a highchair please let us know in your RSVP.

will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yep! Please arrange a safe ride back to where you are staying. Uber & Lyft will be available in the area.

what type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with several options to choose from including GF, DF, and Vegan selections.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting a Welcome Event to say 'thank you' for travelling all this way for our wedding! The event is very casual and will have light refreshments. Please bring your own chairs, games, and sunscreen. Please join us at Fox Run Park - Pavillion #3 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. The address is 2110 Stella Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
