Room reservation cutoff date is August 30th. Call and request a room from Scott Aafedt and Clara Wegscheid room block. We blocked rooms for Friday and/or Saturday night. They quoted around $150 a night for a room.
We will have a shuttle that will go from Legacy Acres Events to the hotel on Saturday night. Cars can be left overnight at the Legacy and is encouraged if drinking. Cars will need to be picked up the next day before noon. Legacy Acres Events is about 55 minutes away from the hotel in Fargo.
If you plan on using the shuttle service, please let us know on the RSVP as we want to make sure we will be able to get everyone back to Fargo safely. This will likely cost $25 per person.
