Can I bring a plus one?

I have food allergies!

Answer

The caterer is Urban Foods out of Fargo, they use gluten-free ingredients. The dessert and cake has gluten, dairy, and a shit-ton of sugar. Please reach out to us directly if you have any food allergy concerns.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, please include them in the RSVP count. If you need to make an additional RSVP, please contact us.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. Should you wish to honor us with a gift, a donation to one of our favorite causes or a contribution towards our honeymoon together or home renovations would be sincerely appreciated. Just click on the word Registry at the top of the page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony is at 5. Do you want to talk to people ahead of that? Plan accordingly. ;)

Is there a dress code?

It is a wedding. Wear something nice but comfortable.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle picking people up from Legacy Acres and dropping them off at the hotel at the end of the reception. Please mark that you would like to use the shuttle service on your RSVP as we would like to get an approximate head count for how many people will need the service, but we won't turn anybody away that needs a sober ride back to Fargo. The cars left overnight will need to be picked up by noon the next day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Legacy Acres Events has a large yard with plenty of space for parking. Additionally, they have a golf cart with seating to transport guests as needed. The parking spaces have lighting to make sure no one is in the dark finding their vehicles.

Outside Ceremony, what if it rains?

Answer

In the case of rain, Legacy Acres staff will move the ceremony to the loft, social hour and dinner on the main floor, and the dance will remain in the loft.

Legacy Acres Events Rules.

Answer

Legacy Acres Events is an amazing event company that will be doing the day of coordination! They want us to let you know they are nice people. They want to make you happy in any way. Please be courteous to staff and conscious of the rules. Rules & Reminders All alcohol must be served from behind the bar. There is no illegal drug use tolerated on the premises. Smoking tobacco is permitted only at designated smoking areas. Airborne fireworks are not permitted onsite at any time. Sparklers are only with the express permission of the venue, weather permitting. Confetti, ‘scatter’, glitter, birdseed, and rice are prohibited. Floating lanterns, balloons, etc. are not permitted for send offs in order to keep the farm beautiful. It is the responsibility of parents to watch their own children and ensure that they are not causing damage to the venue or playing in an unsafe area.
