Question

Question

Are there accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks at the Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone and the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown. You can find booking details, along with other hotel options and travel tips, on our Travel Page. We’ve also included information on getting to Fort Worth from the airport to make your trip as smooth as possible!

Question

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle running from both of our room block hotels—Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone and Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown—to the wedding venue. This way, you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving or parking.

Question

How will I get back to my hotel after the wedding?

Answer

The shuttle will be running back and forth between the venue and the room block hotels throughout the evening, so you can head back whenever you’re ready. No need to worry about timing—just enjoy the night!

Question

What if I’m not staying at a room block hotel?

Answer

If you’re staying elsewhere, you’re welcome to drive, carpool, or use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft. There will be parking available at the venue. If you’re staying at another hotel downtown, you can also easily walk over to either of our room block hotels—Courtyard Fort Worth Downtown/Blackstone or Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown—to catch the shuttle!

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 4:30 p.m. to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled before the wedding begins at 5:00 p.m.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, our venue has exclusive rights to a parking lot located directly across the street, which offers 90 parking spots. Additionally, there are 75 public parking spaces available nearby on S Main St and Broadway.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We're aiming for a semi-formal (or dressy casual) vibe that feels stylish yet comfortable—especially with Texas summer heat in mind! In June, temperatures can range from the 80s to over 100 degrees, but don’t worry—the reception will be indoors with air conditioning, and the ceremony will be outside on a shaded patio (unless it’s too hot, in which case we’ll move it inside). For women, great options include midi dresses, chic jumpsuits, or lightweight wrap dresses. Sundresses and breathable fabrics are also a good choice to stay cool. For men, a dress shirt with slacks (like khakis or lightweight dress pants) works well. Jackets and ties are optional but welcome. Please avoid jeans and opt for fabrics that will keep you comfortable while celebrating with us!

Question

Are there any dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Come thirsty and ready to celebrate—we’ll have an open bar to keep the drinks flowing all night. We just ask that you please drink responsibly and get home safely!
