Where will the wedding and reception be held?

Answer

Both the wedding and the reception will be held at Beacon Hill Catering and Events.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking provided at the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, but will be moved inside if there is inclement weather.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress your best (semi-formal attire). We recommend wearing slacks/khakis and a button-up for the guys and your favorite dress, skirt, or jumpsuit for the gals. If you want to get really dressed up, feel free to do so! Please keep in mind that it can get hot in Spokane in early September, and the ceremony and reception space are primarily composed of grass.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that all phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present! We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every moment. At the reception, please take as many photos/videos as you would like (and please feel free to share them with the Bride and Groom)!

Will I be fed?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has a great catering team that will be providing food for all...and of course, there will be dessert.
