If the weather is good, we highly recommend experiencing the Chicago River Architecture Tour offered by Wendella. These boat tours last 90 minutes and the Wendella dock is only two blocks away from the Sonesta. You'll travel along the main, north, and south branches of the river, learning about Chicago's rich architectural history. Tickets are $40 and tours leave throughout the day.
Cloud Gate, more popularly known as The Bean, is a work of public art created by Sir Anish Kapoor. It's the most photographed spot in the city and the centerpiece of Millennium Park. It's a 10 minute walk away from the Sonesta and worth checking out!
