Wedding Party

Here's a little introduction of the special people in our lives who are walking down the aisle with us!

Mogli

Doggo of Honor

Although he would much rather be napping or barking at thin air, Mogli is thrilled to be apart of our wedding!

Brynnley

Flower Girl

We are so excited to have our sweetest and cutest niece as our flower girl!

Brock

Ring Bearer

Just look at that face! We can't wait to see Brock walk the rings down the aisle to Uncle Scotty.

Mason

Mogli's Escort

Mason loves his cousin Mogli and we know they'll look so cute walking down the aisle together!

Brody

Mogli's Escort

Brody is a good sport about Mogli's obnoxious antics and will be perfect for the job of walking him down the aisle.

Caitlin

Maid of Honor

Caitlin is my little sister, soul mate and forever best friend, whether she likes it or not :) She’s always there to make me laugh or answer a frantic phone call and calm me down. I will be bossing her around all day long, like I've been doing my entire life, and she'll pretend to love every minute of it.

Abby

Bridesmaid

Abby has been my rock and confidant since 9th grade PE class. She has been especially supportive throughout the wedding planning process. I’m pretty much incapable of making a decision, wedding or otherwise, without her guidance. We’ve been through so much together, always laughing along the way and usually on the phone with each other for 3+ hours.

Julia

Bridesmaid

My sweet Julia! We've been incredibly close friends since we were 14 years old, and are known best for writing and performing songs together (if you know you know). She's also getting married this year! I'm so lucky to get to go through life and wedding planning alongside her!

Margaret

Bridesmaid

Marg and I have been friends for over 10 years! She is a beautiful person inside and out. I love her so much for her sense of humor and her willingness to leave a Vegas club early, to get Taco Bell and soak our feet in the hotel bath tub.

Ciera

Bridesmaid

Ciera is another one of my best friends since high school! She has been there for me through so much and we have so many fun memories together. Ciera has somehow mastered simultaneously being the "mom" of the group AND the life of the party.

Bre

Bridesmaid

My partner in crime since 9th grade! Bre and I grew up together, from high school heartbreaks and getting caught sneaking out, to conquering adulthood and its challenges. I can always count on her to make me laugh, and offer her classic words of encouragement: “We got this, team!”

Marissa

Bridesmaid

A fellow Kappa and Oregon Duck-- what's not to love!? She's truly an amazing person and even better friend. No one knows mine and Scott's relationship like she does. She's witnessed every relationship stage with us and I can't wait to have her by my side on our wedding day. P.S. She will probably convince you to take a shot at some point in the weekend.

Mackenzie

Bridesmaid

Mackenzie is my cousin, one of my best friends and also one of the funniest people you will ever meet! Fun fact, she is also getting married in 2021 and we've been so lucky to go through life and this wedding planning journey together.

Sara

Bridesmaid

Scott's sister, Sara, and I quickly bonded over our love for a good wine night and guilty pleasure TV shows. It didn't take long for her to go from "Scott's sister" to a genuine friend. Being so close with Sara is one of the many reasons I already feel like a Backstrom. I can't wait to officially gain her as another sister!

Laura

Bridesmaid

From the first time I met Scott's sister-in-law Laura, she made me feel so welcome in the family. Not only is she welcoming and kind, but incredibly dependable, which I'm so thankful for. I can't wait for many more wine nights, memories and to have her as a sister-in-law!

Steve

Best Man

My big brother and best friend. Steve has been there for me since day 1, including the day that I went to pick out an engagement ring for Taylor. When something happens in my life, whether good or bad, Steve is my go to...especially when the "bad" is a duck loss.

Erik

Groomsman

Erik and I first became friends when our parents made the great decision of moving in next door to each other, 25 years ago. I got to stand by his side on his wedding day and I'm so excited to have him stand by me on mine. If you're looking for a good dad joke, he's your guy.

Jack

Groomsman

Jack is another member of the Snohomish crew that I grew up with. With our moms being best friends, we were pretty much inseparable. Not only is he the kindest, but by far the best athlete in the wedding party.

Jake

Groomsman

Another best friend from childhood in Snohomish. He was the most outgoing and wild member of our group when we were kids, and still is to this day. He's the life of the party and will definitely outlast everyone on the dance floor.

Dylan

Groomsman

Dylan is one of my first friends from childhood. We grew up playing basketball and getting into trouble together. No matter how long it's been since we've seen each other, it never feels like more than a day has passed by. He's a great guy and practically the spokesman of Coors Light.

Chris D.

Groomsman

We first bonded on the basketball court in high school, and our friendship has continued into adulthood. Chris and I are always there for each other's highs and lows. Specifically, Chris' low of learning he's gluten intolerant and can't drink Coors Light anymore.

Tyler

Groomsman

Tyler, commonly known as Baldwin, and I met through our fraternity in college. We made a lot of great memories that probably shouldn't be talked about to this day. He's one of my best friends and favorite guy to lose a sports bet with.

Charlie

Groomsman

Charlie was one of my roommates and fraternity brothers in college. Over the years, our friendship has only gotten stronger. To this day, Oregon Ducks Football and countless alcoholic beverages still bring us together.

Josh

Groomsman

Josh is Sara's husband, making him my favorite brother-in-law. I'm glad my sister picked someone so cool to be apart of our family. I can always count on him to talk sports over a white claw or two and I'm lucky to have him standing up there with me on our wedding day.

Chris S.

Groomsman

Chris and I became roommates after college and had some great times together (including trying to take pictures in every photo booth in Portland.) Taylor moved in with us a while later, and surprisingly enough, the countless hours of ESPN and Settlers of Catan didn't drive her away.
