What safety precautions will be in place due to COVID-19?

Answer

The safety of our guests and vendors is our top priority. We will be following all guidelines from the Oregon Health Authority. Vaccinated individuals are able to forego the social distancing guidelines, since the event will take place outdoors. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you follow CDC social distancing guidelines.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

In Oregon, both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals are able to gather outside without masks. However, we completely understand that the return to normal can feel strange and scary. If you feel more comfortable wearing your mask we understand!

Is there parking at The Orchard?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, though it is limited. We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Shuttle pick up will begin at 3:20 pm and go until 3:50 pm at the Columbia Lot (located on the corner of Columbia St and 5th St. Across the street from Full Sail Brewing). There is paid parking available at this lot, so you’re able to leave your cars there while at the wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving at 3:45 pm will allow you plenty of time to grab a drink and find a seat! Please be aware, our venue has a strict policy that guests are not allowed on the premises before 3:15 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow our guests a relaxing, yet fun evening, we politely request adult attendance only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our invitations will indicate if a plus one is invited. We kindly request the only people listed on the invitation attend the wedding.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! You can access our registry by going to the 'Registry' tab. We are registered at Zola, Amazon, Crate & Barrel and Target.

Is there Uber or Lyft in Hood River?

Answer
