Hayden, CO is the closest airport to Steamboat Springs. However, they only have select direct flights. You will probably be directed to have a layover in Denver before making your descent to Hayden.

The most popular airport is the Denver (DEN) airport. Booking your flight here requires you to book a connecting flight to Hayden, renting a car from Denver and driving out to Steamboat, or reserving a spot on a bus to shuttle you to Steamboat. If you require a shuttle bus from Denver to Steamboat, the shuttle bus below also does trips from Denver to Steamboat. Of course there are other companies that provide services to Steamboat, but note that there is no discount code we can provide for any of these services.

1. There are rental car companies at the Hayden airport. If you'd like to book a rental car during your time in Steamboat, plan and book ahead of time to ensure that you have a vehicle. 2. There is limited availability for Uber and Lyft. If you choose to go this route, plan accordingly since it is scarce and may be hard to come by a ride to take you into town. 3. There is a shuttle bus service called Ski Town Transportation. We’ve been given a discount code so the round trip from the Hayden Airport is $100. This is for the shared shuttle service. You can call them for a quote for a private vehicle, just use the same discount code! You will need to call them 970.457.1000 and select option 2 to make a reservation. The promo code to is WEDDING25FB and this code must be mentioned when you call. 4. There is a shuttle bus service called Storm Mountain Express. Due to the wedding happening during "off season", they are usually non-operational. However, if you call, they will put your contact info on a list and could possibly charter a special shuttle for those who booked through them. If you do decide to book your stay here, you will have to transport yourself to the base of the mountain at your own expense due to the location of the hotel to the wedding venue. There is free public transportation around the city and the bus will stop at the nearest stop to the wedding venue. However, we recommend you keep an eye on the bus schedule for when the last ride is available if you do choose this option. The discount code is linked to the hotel's general inventory. The code applies to a couple of different room types, but not all room types are offered at a discount (such as our two-bedroom/two-bath suites). Once rooms are full, they're no longer available for further reservations under the discount. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred accommodations. Also, based on demand or special events, their system may restrict discounts. In such cases, rooms may still be available, but the discount code will not be applicable. The rate also includes a full, hot buffet breakfast daily. Parking is $10 per night per vehicle. We offer a fitness center, and outdoor pool and hot tub that are open year-round. We are on the Steamboat shuttle line which is a quick and free ride into downtown or to the mountain. Our lobby bar is open most evenings for beverages and light bites.
