We are almost 2 weeks out! Above is a generalized map of the area. - If you are staying at the hotel, Steamboat Grand, use the purple highlighted dashed line to the Steamboat Grand gondola. - If you are staying elsewhere, like Residence Inn, you will need to park in the parking lots circled purple or the 3rd parking lot that’s off the map. And then make your way to the gondola following the purple highlighted dashed line.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please allow ample time for transportation, especially since you will be taking the Steamboat gondola up the mountain and then getting in a shuttle bus to take you to the venue. Question

If I'm driving to the wedding, where can I park?

Answer

1. [Paid Parking] There is a covered garage right at the base of the mountain: 2307-2313 Mt Werner Cir, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 *** This parking garage is free to guests on the day of the wedding. You can park for free using the ACCESS CODE 9071. First, find a parking spot then go to the parking kiosk, enter your license plate number, find the name of the event in the product list (you may need to select option 5 to see additional products), then enter the access code. If the parking kiosk appears to be out of order, please note there are a total of 3 in the garage so you can locate another working one to enter the code. The access code will be valid for free parking from 11am through the morning following the wedding. There is only a 30 minute grace period after the camera scans your license plate before a citation is issued. Please note that IF you are parked outside of this time frame or if you do not follow the above procedure, a parking ticket will be automatically issued. 2. [Paid Parking] Across the street from the base of the mountain, there is another covered garage that you can park at: 1680 Ski Time Square Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 3. [Free Parking] An 8-10 minute walk from the parking lot to the base of the mountain: 2276-2292 Mt Werner Cir, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487
