Flight

Dulles International Airport

Dulles is located about 20 minutes away from our venue, so if you're flying in, this is the place we recommend. The airport offers rental car options and has a Metrorail stop connecting it to DC.

Flight

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

Referred to as DCA, Reagan, or Reagan National by locals, this airport boasts close connections to DC, but is a bit farther away from our venue than Dulles. If flying into DCA, expect a trip up to Leesburg to take around 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic.

Train

Amtrak

Leesburg isn't on an Amtrak route, but you can take the train to Washington DC (if travelling from the North) or Alexandria (if traveling from the South). Washington Union Station has car rental options, or you can take the metro from there out to Loudon County and pick up a rental car closer to the venue.

This is the hotel where we have a room block. It is about a 15 minute drive from the venue and has a pool as well as a free shuttle to and from Dulles Airport.
