Please RSVP by May 1st!
The weekend includes exclusivity for our group at Hotel Bramante, located on the Monastero property and we have all 51 hotel rooms already reserved. You can find the payment page under Travel - Hotel - View.
We will be assigning rooms and will make sure that everybody has a room that works well for them. For some examples of the rooms, feel free to look at the hotel's website here https://www.hotelbramante.it/en/where-to-sleep-in-todi
We really appreciate your efforts to join us and we know it's not an easy investment of time or money - so first, thanks! The total cost will be your flight, 250 Euro for accommodations, and a rental car or other transport to or from the Rome / Florence airport. That's it. Guests will pay a flat fee of 250 Euro per person to cover accommodations. We have structured the weekend so that only a few lunches and extra beverages are on your own. Please check the schedule for more details on meal times and availability - we have put a lot of effort into ensuring you're well fed and served whenever possible! Please note that tips & tricks for flights (including using points & miles) and rental cars are posted on the travel tab.
We're super excited to share this time with our closest family & friends - but it was really hard to meet the space constraints! All official invites will include the name(s) of your party. Unfortunately, we won't be able to include anyone beyond that.
Passports must be obtained prior to the trip and take months to get, so make sure yours is valid thru May 2027. See more on the travel tab. If you are renting a car, Italy requires an International Drivers Licenses. Just go to your local AAA branch (no need to be a member), pay $25 and have your photo taken, and it'll be printed on the spot. There is also a new European Visa requirement which we will be updating everybody on as we learn more.
Yes! Parking is free and there's more than enough spaces.
In late October, it can be variable - but we anticipate high 60's - low 70's as a high, and high 50's as a low. You shouldn't need more than a light jacket, typically.
Please see the schedule for detailed timelines of events. Outside of those events, there's a number of options, including: - Visiting Todi, a quick walk / bus ride away (notes in 'Things to do'). - Hang out by the pool or anywhere else on the property. - Play tennis, pickleball, or soccer on the sport court. - Recover from the fun.
