Our favorite breakfast in Raleigh! Right in the heart of Downtown Raleigh, about 20 minutes from the hotels. "Benchies" is inside Transfer Food Hall, which is also a great option for lunches and dinners. Transfer also has Scott's favorite brewery in Raleigh - Burial Beer. Great for IPAs!
Jubala Coffee
Another great option for coffee and breakfast in Downtown Raleigh just on the edge of NC State. Jubala has great drop biscuits, which makes a perfect breakfast sandwich.
Longleaf Swine
Our favorite BBQ place in Raleigh! North Carolina is known for its whole hog BBQ. Longleaf also has great ribs and brisket.
Two Roosters Ice Cream
Our favorite ice cream in Raleigh! There will be a new one opening in Cary, close to the hotel block, over the summer.
Ponysaurus Brewing Co.
A great, casual spot for beer and pizza, just north of Downtown Raleigh.
North Carolina Museum of Art
The NC Museum of Art is where we got engaged! It's free admission, and also has a great walking trail if you'd like to get some steps in.
