Do I need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend?

Answer

Yes! While we'd love to see everyone and miss you all dearly, for the safety of all our guests (including some immuno-compromised folks) we're requesting (and the venue is requiring) that you be fully vaccinated if you plan to attend.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Honestly, we'll be happy to see you whatever you're wearing! We are aiming for semi-formal, though (which we're loosely defining as suits, cocktail or floor-length dresses, etc.). And please bear in mind that, weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. DC is usually quite nice in October, but it can be unpredictable!

What's the parking/transportation situation for the wedding?

Answer

If you're driving, there's free valet parking at the venue! If not, it's a quick Lyft/Uber away from the nearest Metro stop (Dunn Loring-Merrifield on the Orange line) or from Tyson's Corner, where there's also a metro stop as well as a bunch of hotels (including the Hyatt Regency at Tysons Corner, where we have a room block).

What if I have special dietary requirements or preferences?

Please let us know! We absolutely want to accommodate allergies and other dietary restrictions/preferences as much as possible. Please reach out to us directly if you have questions or want to make us aware of any specific preferences or restrictions. You'll also be able to note dietary restrictions when you R.S.V.P.
